As a street photographer, I’ve spent little time working in a studio — but that’s something I’m eager to change. I’m drawn to the intensity of studio portraiture, particularly the power of the gaze and the creative control that studio lighting allows. Moving forward, I’m excited to explore how the precision of studio work can complement and challenge my instinctive, observational approach to photography.
