Life Is Better In Motion was part of a group assignment to create a manifesto promoting an aspect of digital design. My goal was to show how motion design can bring excitement and energy to the mundane. I shot the footage at a local laundromat and used the Rotobrush tool in After Effects to isolate and animate articles of clothing inside a washing machine. While the final piece was limited by time constraints, I plan to further develop the concept by blending hand-drawn animation with the original footage to make the laundromat experience feel more vibrant and engaging.
