Drawing has been a core part of my artistic journey since childhood, reignited during the pandemic through a practice rooted in my mother’s teaching of drawing from observation. Over time, this evolved into a focus on the human figure, using bold colors and surreal forms. My illustrations often combine elements of figure study with vibrant, experimental color choices, creating a unique interplay between realism and abstraction. I regularly engage in timed figure exercises, capturing moments that reflect both emotion and movement, while embracing a modern take on traditional techniques. The result is work that merges innovation with expressive exploration of color and the human body.
